Did you notice that it has full kitchen, conference room, makeup area, wardrobe area, bath, but no mention of a place to sleep? I think it was designed only as a non residential motorhome for movie work. Thus a full writeoff? I also wonder is Smith owns it or there is a company that leases it when he has a use for it and other times it is leased to others. Either way there is some impressive work there. Thanks for sharing.

The same company built a 2 million dollar RV for Simon Cowell. And yes, the stars own them, although they are stored where they are built.
