Yes, I already know to contact support... I did that. (but as I have explained in other threads, support rarely offers a resolve or a reply)

I'm just curious to know if anyone else here is having a problem with the mail side of the site. All day & for the last few when I attempt to block I am directed to a "page not found" error page. This leads me to believe that the block feature may not be working.

Anyone else?

I have seen the error page I can't remember where though. It may be a glich going on here or I find sometimes when I delete my site files and cookies in internet explorer it most of the time clears up my problems with error pages.

Thanks for the reply & suggestion but I have tried this as well...

I have refreshed, ran a clean up, went in through explorer as well to clean up cache... still I get the error page. I noticed this quite a bit today because I was getting a large number of people from undesirable foreign lands emailing me.

I have discovered that the blocking button doesn't work on the front page of the profile! I have to go to the second
page (that let's you see the entire profile) and use that one...don't forget to push "save".

The same thing happened to me..but I checked..and they were on my block list anyway..not sure why the error page keeps coming up. Yours may be blocked even if it did that...
