Greetings, For some time I owned an artist who served me as a slave, creating art for me at my bidding. He lived in Spain (I'm in The States), and we had a lovely distance relationship. Of course, he eventually committed to a relationship with a partner in his area and that was that for us. Does anyone have ideas where I might look for a new artslave? Its such a specific sort of relationship that I'm unsure where to look! I prefer non-computer media. Lady Nox

If you were in my area, I'd tell you to keep an eye open for subs in Laguna Beach, a well known artist's colony. You might want to try attending gallery shows and getting known in that circle. I carry a flogger keychain and also have a short whip on it. I'm often approached by subs out in the world who recognize the symbols. Often they are too shy to do more than say nice keychain, but if you're interested in responding to them, they are happy to keep up the conversation. As for being shy about carrying fetish items on your keychain, my housemate thinks the flogger is a tassel and the whip is just a braid a friend made for me...

Excellent ideas, thank you! I used to wear my collar publicly, back when I was an undergraduate, and I did find many boys that way. What an excellent idea, combining flagging and hanging out in the art district! Thank you! Nox

Many thanks - and if the artist in you is looking to submit, lemme know! ;) As for arts areas around here, I asked about it today (I haven't lived here that long) and was directed to the local flea market where I found some lovely homemade birdhouses... Hmm. Maybe this summer, when I move to a new city. Nox

Well.................... This is sorta a plug in a sense but, it would also apply too. www.KinkyArtists.com is a site for all artists (writers,poets, photographers, artists of any type) to showcase their work, as well as network for jobs, or offer their services for those seeking an artist to fulfill a need. It's basically an artist community to bring together kinky orientated folks that are also artistic into one place - to encourage creativity, inspiration, get feedback on their work, share, hang out, network, whatever. It does require you to register so as to keep out porn and spam and minors - but it is a FREE site - and it will remain free always. It's steadily growing, and I have some pretty major plans to upgrade the coding and the functions of the site to better address the needs of writers and artists in the upcoming year, and I have a feeling it will one day be a wonderful hub of creative and artistic souls and of those that admire them, though I sorta think it already is that but then it's my baby and I'm based sooooooo yanno, I'm gonna think that, LOL! Feel welcome to join and then post a message on the Forums that you are seeking an artslave - after all that is in part what it is for. ~ShadeDiva

There are many artist submissive/slaves out here... Angel is one of them! Nothing will take angel into that 'special place'(my own subspace) than serving in such ways! To see the pleasure recieved, when ones talents are pulled to the service by a Dominant one submits to, is completely overwhelming! I do hope You find what You seek and thank You for bringing such a little known or addressed selection of the Community into the light!
