Kirasen -> ummm error (10/19/2013 2:24:04 AM)

Hi okay sorry about this but I have another site issue question, just saying before i get started i was asked by a friend since he cannot access this, to post this question/error thing.

Okay so I guess, he signed up for the site and got everything all nice and set up, then he flips over to this, the message boards and it says he needs to log in and when he goes to try he gets a message that says his password is wrong. He went through the method of checking it and trying it again, and using another computer, but no luck. Any idea on what he can do?

Can he get on his home page? If so, instruct him to scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page and click the "Support" link. From there, he can type in the problem that he is having that he is requesting help with. Tell him to keep in mind that the Support staff may have a build up of problems. (I'm seeing many threads on this tonight, so I'm thinking Support might get backlogged.) Some patience will probably be required.

(Ya know, it should scare all of you that the worst computer twit on the site is answering these questions. [8D] )

Thank you so much for your help, he took your advice and now he'll play the waiting game. XD

And I dunno what your talking about, in every one of you posts that i've seen your very smart.

If I am understanding correctly, your friend signed up for collarme and cannot log in to collarchat. If i got that right, collarchat is separate and your friend needs to also sign up to collarchat.

Generally not about computer things. It's usually Me starting threads on things like, "I keep pushing the button, why won't the printer work?"

(No joke. That was a real thread.)

I only ever signed up just the once on collarme.com.
It gave me access to both sides and I didn't have to sign up separately for collarchat.

As for LP... she is indeed a very smart cookie and well respected here.
But her computer skills aren't exactly her strong point.

Have them contact me via Cmail and I will manually fix this for them.

Thank you for being a part of CollarMe,
Gamma
