It's a wooden frame of 1X2s. Covered with 2 - 4'X8' styrofoam insulation sheets cut to fit. We used dry wall screws to hold it together (very gently). Then we peeled the silver side off (it peels better than the white side) We scored the bricks into the styrofoam using a dry wall saw. And we discovered last year that spray paint will slightly eat away at the styrofoam, so you can use it to make textures and cracks. The skeleton inside is hooked up to a fog machine, so smoke comes out of it's mouth. And we have a light inside with an orange bulb. We did our gravestones last year using the same methods. They don't look perfect in day light, but in the dark they look craggy, old and creepy.
