~FRing it~

Without seeing the message exchange to say one way or the other, perhaps you read way more into the exchange than was really there, OP? I've exchanged words with numerous people on CM in general. Doesn't mean Im in relationships with them. What I think is foolish is getting that bent out of shape over it to try publicly shaming someone because you feel they have wronged you in some way.

On the subject of cake...does anyone have a recipe for one of those fat-free cakes where you soak the dried fruit in something like tea before you make the cake?

While not fat-free due to the egg and almond meal, this has no added fat: Butterless, Tea Soaked Fruit Cake

Not what expected here but I have to ask. How is it? Have you made it again?

I'm so glad the Mods removed the other person's name from the thread while allowing the thread to remain up to show that the OP is the type of person who would drag the other person's name onto the boards. It lets other posters know that the OP is the type to out somebody just because he didn't like the outcome of his interactions with others.

I was going to make it this afternoon but the almonds I'd planned to use to make the almond meal were too old. I'll make it Wednesday and post a review on the thread. I wanted to bake something for my man's parents so made the Joy of Cooking's Date Bars Cockaigne instead.

all I know is I loved Cap'n Kremmen and his LUSCIOUS white haired Nubian Temptress assistant, and I do a killer impersonation of the Mudmen!
