People are different, it's what makes the world go 'round. While it may be more "fun" for you to be submissive, obviously for others being dominant is what does it for them. And, while there may be some overlap, you are asking a question that likely has as many different answers as there are individuals who identify as masters. Just, as I suspect, my "viewpoint" as a submissive is completely different than yours, even though we (perchance) share the same label.

What makes someone enjoy bungee jumping? I'll never know because I don't get into that. It's just not me, not something I'm interested in. Same goes for being a Dom. It's what he's into, who he is. Not everyone enjoys the same things in life. Not every personality is exactly the same thankfully.
