The Den in Brisbane, Queensland, has them but I guess that's really not much use to you is it ? Unless you want me to see what I can arrange ?

I don't see one listed on their site, but I got both a 2 1/2" and a 3' ball gag from them last month at the London Fetish Market.

I bet if you mail them they could help you out, it's a great shop, with high quality hand made gear.
