Lol, I've never had a male sub, but I've thought about it from time to time. I will say I've noticed the following kink differences. (These are general principles, there are always exceptions, your mileage may vary, etc.)
Lots of male subs love body ugliness humiliation. Most female subs consider that a hard limit, even if they like being humiliated. For example, stick a naked woman in a corner during a party, she might be soaking wet because she's naked in "public," but tell the same woman her labia are ugly (the way you might tell a man his penis is small) and she might scream RED.
Scat, and analingus in general: almost exclusively male.
Women are more likely to want forced orgasms than long-term chastity. (Men are, too, but the chastity crowd is much larger than it is with women.)
