I've been doing some research on this subject, and so far I've found that the book Pillow Talk keeps on coming up.
What I'd like to know is this...
Are there any sites that specifically portray Relyfe Programming as there main subject matter.
I find the idea interesting as a sub/switch that is wanting to expand my sub side further to my Mistress.

All responses are greatly appreciated.....

Right on the money. If you can't submit consciously of your own full volition and have to rely on subconscious programming, it'll just end up backfiring with passive-aggressive behaviorial responses. The ego's a tricky bugger and likes to remain being the captain of the ship.

I know a male switch who decided he wanted to be a slave once he found the right Mistress to do Erotic Hypno on him. I cautioned him about subjecting himself to hypnosis (as opposed to hypnotherapy with a qualified professional), but I don't know if he took my advice. A lot of people enjoy erotic hypnotism. Not my thing but I'm not going to say nobody should do it.

The main point being (ethical considerations aside) you can no more be hypnotized into being more submissive or compliant than you can be hypnotized into becoming Dominant. Re the switch I spoke about who wants to become slavish (and he insists he wants to be a slave not sub), what I explained to him is that it was his conscious desire to transform himself for the Mistress he hoped to find which is what counted, not relying on outside help or limiting himself to finding a Mistress who engaged in Erotic Hypno. Not too swift either to jump right into this with someone you barely know and can trust yet without any clue what their experience level is or where they're coming from.

OP, what exactly do you mean by "expand my sub side further"? What are you hoping to accomplish, and is this for your current Mistress or some future unknown Mistress?
