There was a thread, some time ago (I'm sure it's considered "necro" at this point but maybe an exception would be made?) entitled: "Mods These People Would Like New Subtitles" (or something along those lines.

Short of that, starting a thread with that title might grab their attention.

I found it, but it has not been posted on in over a year, so left it to rest in the yonder.

I love the personalized subtitles but wouldn't be able to pick one for myself.
I figured it was something that just came about from other members or mods.
