Status: offline 		Thank you for starting this up, K. I was thinking about our monthly update last night. I always love hearing what is happening in everyone's world.

October recap - Except that this apparent S/m arrangement that I have evidently consented to with My dentist, October was a blast! The weather held in a way that I haven't seen before since My arrival in Alaska and that meant a plethora of opportunities. I never cease to be amazed at how many folks are willing to travel to My little town to play. I did finally cave and take a position in the restructuring of our little community, so I'm a Dungeon Mistress again. That means I'm in charge of scheduling, educating, and overseeing the dungeon monitors at our events. Who better than the rule chick, right?

This leads Me into November..... I've already scheduled out a couple of weekends for private play and My own interests. This weekend, I get to play with one of My favorite bottoms, and I'm very excited about what that might entail. I'm also going back into candle production and have already sold stuff that I haven't even made yet. This means I'll be tearing up the house again. In My next house, I want a real wax studio.

We're thinking of holding the DM class/house party during the month. If I can manage to pull this off, I'm going to surprise even Myself. It's all going to depend on getting everything else done first.

Status: offline 		Happy November everybody! I made (one armed, no less) my Fall Harvest Soup, so despite the weather here summer is officially over.

Still struggling in a sling with rotator cuff crap. Still no dancing, swimming, yoga, kayaking, bicycling but the weather is gorgeous for long beach walks and hill hikes. All gigs have been suspended until the beginning of next year except the Ecstatic Dance in Dec. where I can get away with right-handed keyboard. I'm in constant pain, but my loved ones are still managing to put a smile on my face. While we normally don't use a keyboard in this group, I must admit it's fun to fool around with the hundreds of voices. Every time we're rehearsing somebody looks up in surprise when a realistic clarinet, pan flute or some bizarre world instrument like a gopichant takes over the melody where a fiddle or accordion would be.

Life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. Hope everyone is doing well!

Status: offline 		The year is just flying by! My son still is not talking to me and while my new counselor is great, the shrink who was supposed to prescibe meds is an asshole. She asked all about my medical history, then prescribed an antidepreesant that coulld have killed me. Literally. It seriously interferes with blood sugar. I reported her and the higher ups were very apologetic and concerned. See a new prescriber Monday, and they are aware that I will be utilizing their PDR for each drug discussed because of this previous idiot.

Beginning in January, my health insurance will change for the better and I will finally be able to see the specialists I need which is great.

I finally got the cat's fleas under control!

Not a single trick or treater came to my house. In fact I forgot it was Halloween until around 8 at night.

Other than that, my days are the same boring thing.

Im glad to here everyone is doing well. I have been away due to rough life in the past 4 years but i am back and feeling so much better. I have an UM and am after a 4 year forced split am back with my wonderful Master and pet. Granted his current employment has him away and such we are back together. 9 months and all of lives will be happy.

I am currently a busy girl with prep for the next 9 months to be over with, plus school and taking care of an UM. I probably should go through and make a list of my former id's so ppl know who i am. its taken me up until the last 5 years to figure out who i truly am and where i belong, as well as what to go by. FYI im wiccan and the pheonixrose is from my Name i go by in that. Life has had many twists and turns but i made it and am back.

Stress is a killer and i didn't do smart to start off nov. on a good foot failing to get meds filled at proper time. ive learned my lesson and shall do much better for the beginning of next month. I have also learned better coping skills than i had before.

I wish all a good month and ill be around. if ya wanna chat just send me a message :D.

Status: offline 		I can't believe it's almost winter and the holidays are just around the corner. I'm already planning for Thanksgiving and Solstice celebrations. I love to cook/bake and entertain so I see a whole lot of fun ahead for me. Yippee!

I've lost 40 lbs so far since September 16 and dropped two sizes.

I've been made a co-leader of our local Bigs & littles munch for Daddies/Mommies and littles of all kinds. Should be fun.

I've been writing to and talking on the phone with a very nice submissive man around my age who even lives in my town and I'm going to meet him in person day after tomorrow. I'm hoping it all goes great.

Status: offline 		Went to see the opera Norma on Friday, Saturday I met up with a new potential sub I like, most of the month will be doctors appointments like usual. I'm continuing work on my apartment, have a photoshoot in 2 weeks, trying to get back to 7 day a week gym time (only doing about 3 lately... is waste of money to not go and need to get fitter!), going to another opera with 2 members of my leather family later this month, and just generally bumming around making dirty clips to sell online.

Status: offline 		well my second week of november is starting good. got praise for saving tail in classes from advisor so

also med problem been fixed. got meds took first dose and cat napped after dinner while they kicked in :D

all thats left is getting walgreens to fix and fill my flexril for my back and all will be good.

thats it for the start of week 2 of november for me. how is the rest of yall doing this week :D

Status: offline 		Thanks for starting the roll call up this month. My mind has been in several places, paying off bills, playing games, chatting with Lizard on FB, early voting, being rain-bound, getting belly flops from my youngest niece.

My weight is at a new plateau. Mom buys cakes mixes when they go on sale and we freeze them. Might eat a slice or two but I find this recipe for apple bacon pie...the top lattice is nothing but bacon slices...there goes my cholesterol.

Bo finally got his retirement check and sent me a couple of hundred dollars for making sure Lizard has her cell phone and buying them moving boxes when I was down there in August. I am seeing them on the 21st and their new place has a daytime bingo hall just up the hill. Lizard was able to pay her college bill off and is re-enrolling for the spring semester. She changed her major again from Law Enforcement to Music. She plays keyboard, guitar, bass guitar, viola and violin. I keep teasing Bo that she is the reincarnated spirit of Stevie Ray Vaughn.

I need to get some rope and tie my youngest brother up. He won't admit he has mental illness like me and is a rapid cycler. He triggered me off with his attitude and I hid in my room so I would not rip him a new asshole.

I got 2 or 3 aunts (my dad's sisters) coming down next week. 5 adults with strange sleeping habits in the same trailer...HELP!

I am sorta having a relationship with a 22yo top from Denmark. We met on a roleplaying forum and I happened to mention that I was kinky. We message each other every day and I got him to join CM, where he might have a physical relationship developing with someone going to school in Sweden (not jealous, I am happy he found someone with my help). Our relationship is virtual huggles, cuddles and best wishes for each other. He allow me to blow off steam about my brother's attitude. He knows I am way older (46) but he does not care.

Status: offline 		So met with the new prescriber, a nurse practioner. She seems ok. Much better thab the shrink for sure.

We settled for the moment on Effexor and Ativan. Effexora, because it will hopefulle be a "twofer" and get the hot flahses under control as well as the depression. The Ativan for t he anxiety and it helps me sleep. Meet with her againin two weeks to see how it is going.

I'm kind of glad time is flying by. The sooner I get to January and an HMO the better.

I know your feeling when it comes to meds. all i have to say is make sure that your not dealing with Bipolar because thats what took so long to get me to the right meds was because every one that i was seeing was putting me under depression and the meds werent working. hope you keep doing well.

Status: offline 		Thanks. I started the Effexor today and of course I have to get the one common side effect [code][/code]I wanted avoid more than anything...nausea. Took somme Tums and that seems to have calmed it to tolerable. Just hoping it doesn't last long.

Status: offline 		well hopefully after a while of taking it that side effect will go away. i know my geodon makes it hard to stay awake or wake up early on days that i need to till after its been in my system for a while. I understand not wanting the nausea cuz out of all side effects other than the life threatening ones nausea is at the top of the list for the worst.

Status: offline 		Yea, nausea is the worst. Already today it was less though, so hopefully I will be able take it long enough to get results. One positive side efffect seems to be loss of appetite! Now THAT'S. A side effect I can be happy about.
