Status: offline 		I posted on craigslist to find some cock and after chatting and trading pics, I found out we are neighbors and knows which house I live in. Status: offline 		The problem with someone that close to you is that when it's over you still have to deal with him.

I once met a guy that lived two streets over from me when I lived in Belmont Shore (small community in Long Beach). I decided that he wasn't someone I was interested in him and declined politely. But, everytime I ran into him around the neighborhood, he would pressure me. (and then tell me that I wasn't a real submissive)

Status: offline 		Hmmmm. It could turn out to be a great experience for all. The proximity would make hookups easy and frequent.

The downside is if course if it goes bad. At this point you do not know who you are dealing with. They might be a very cool person and handle an ending with maturity and discretion. Or they might be just this side of a rabbit boiler and coule make your life hell.

You are going to have to be the judge of that. Next time, get a good feel for the person before you tell them where you live.
