It was definitely a rule. For a while any mention of anyone under 18 would get deleted. Even using UM would occasionally get a mod involved.

I have a fairly interesting question about this: what if I wanted to post an older photo of my (now) 25 year old son who was 16, at the time?

It's pretty clear in the ToS. No pitures of minors, even if he's no longer a minor.

5.2.1. All depictions of all persons on Our Website are of persons over the age of eighteen (18) as of the date of the production of the depiction. We take great measures to ensure that no underage models appear in any of Our materials.

Sounds a bit like some one wants to try and bend the rules. at least we can openly talk about our lives that are surrounded by taking care of an UM. as long as the discussion doesnt cross any lines all is good.

So, without obvious references and discussions....we can now discuss things that were never intended to be prurient and no longer need concern ourselves with being pervs?
