They make products for women that contain L-arginine and/or niacin which are supposed to increase blood flow to a woman's clitoris.

Try a bit of cinnamon oil. It has the same type of warming effect as menthol but tastes better.

I had to giggle at the idea of orajel on a clitoris. Might as well use lidocaine or some other topical numbing agent.
