OK obviously the show "Undercover Boss" will probably never end this way...but I am allowed to fantasize that this could happen, right!? (haha)
I enjoy watching this show...and I also enjoy watching/daydreaming about shrinking, so here's an attempt to put the 2 together.

So if were "The Boss", just how would You handle dealing with a problem employee, that now is thinking, "Uhoh, I f#$%ed up!?" Fire him, Embrace him...or in this case, maybe step on him (haha). ;-p
