No, I would not want to be spanked while having a buttplug inside of me.
I would be afraid that as the spanking implement struck my buttocks it might strike the buttplug---
such a striking of the buttplug could force the buttplug into puncturing the rectal membranes, colon, prostate, bladder, etc.
I imagine that if the spanker was careful, and did NOT strike the buttplug,
each hit of the spanking would cause the rectum to 'involuntarily clench' around the buttplug;
and this clenching would exercise the rectal muscle there, and tighten it, so that once the spanking was complete,
and the buttplug removed, the spankee's rectum would be nice & tight for a fucking.
Having his/her tight hole fucked may or may not be pleasurable for the spankee,
but definitely will be pleasurable for the Spanker; the tighter the hole the better, and one way to tighten that hole
or to re-tighten it is to spank the buttocks in a deliberate way.
