Okay, it is 45 degrees, wind blowing about 30 out of the north, and... A 20 something local college girl (rather attractive) is wearing a tank top, mini skirt and fur lined boots... and her teeth are chattering. A 30 something business lady, mid thigh length sleeveless dress, 5 inch high heels, and she is complaining about it being cold. Now if a woman is complaining about the cold or her teeth are chattering, would it not make sense to wear something warm? For the next few months this is going to be the norm for the area. People, west central Texas does get cold. We experience these wonderful things called blue northers, you get up in the morning and it is a nice 70 degrees, by noon it is at or near freezing and by sundown, it is in the mid twenties.
