This photo is from a local online newspaper. The event was a resource fair, for recently released convicts. Note the guy in the checked shirt, who thinks maybe throwing up his gang affiliation for the camera will help him rejoin society. [8\|] You can't fix stupid. Actually, on looking closer, it's not his hand at all. It's the new growth of horns on the head of the woman holding the notepad - a common occurrence across North America.
