My one friend and I just a couple of weeks ago went to one of those haunted houses where the actors are allowed to touch you. So we went through it and it was mostly sexual in nature. I am a big guy but the friend I went with was little and got all the good shit. This place even had a safe word "bunny" (lol) in case you got freaked out. I won't go and describe the entire thing, but here is what we encountered. The second or third encounter was sexual. There was a dome in a catsuit with a whip. She had my friend pinned to the wall and was asking if he likes it up the ass. (Give me a break.) I was excited (not in that way- maybe a little) and was examining all the cool toys and restraints she had. She handcuffed us both and had to crawl through a little crawlspace area. After which we got grabbed by two guys and put in separate rooms.

My friend got a hood put over him and a fake chainsaw dude freaking him out. Meanwhile in room I was in this guy had photos of all the people that came before us. He was a skinny dude with leather pants he climbed up on my lap and was like "What is the kinkiest thing you have ever done?" I was like ...... Really? About 10 minutes later we entered another room that was a fake hospital type room. The insane nurse was like, "Who gives and who receives?) He was getting stressed by this point, WE AREN"T PARTNERS." So my friend got strapped down to the hospital bed, and I got to play "crazy nurse helper"

There was some other stuff that wasn't really scary. We paid $20. I enjoyed it, we always go to haunted houses around Halloween, and I was getting tired of, "Don't touch the actors and the actors won't touch you," routine.

Anyway you had to be over 18 to go through the damn thing, which got me thinking why? The sex? It is amazing how violence is considered acceptable but sex isn't. I just think that the more sexually repressed a society is the more violent and unstable it is. Just look at the Muslim countries, you have grown men marrying and molesting young girls, but homosexuality is taboo and a death sentence. The whole thing is ironic. What do you guys think?

Interesting view point.... But not one I find particularly accurate.

Simply becoming less sexually repressed is not suddenly going to make society less violent in my opinion. I find violence is most often associated with those trying to acquire power in some form.

Well when you examine violence in any country you have look at a whole bunch of things. I think this just one of them.

Right before Halloween, I heard a piece on NPR about scary movies and decided it was time for me to finally see Hostel. We got Hostel 2 because that features females. I was cuffed and gagged when we watched it. We had fun!

I'd like to watch something more on point (and with a happier ending for the chainsaw guy) and one of these days will get around for searching for old threads on this or starting a new one.
