I had no idea they personally respond to reports. Now I feel bad making them do that extra work.

Oh, and being a totally technophobe, I went to the other side and don't see a button saying favorites. So what should I be clicking?

When you use the report system, please make sure the offsite email address attached to your collarchat profile is one that you monitor. Most of our responses are along the lines of "Thank you for your report" but occasionally we will provide something more useful, such as "that is not a violation" and your time and ours will be saved if you are able to see that feedback.
