And the loyal dog speaks in dogvomit.  There never was any intimation in my remarks that the SCOTUS couldnt rule on any aspect of the ACA that could raise a constitutional question.  But the frivolous shit out there wont be heard, and they pretty much (if they were going to do something sweeping) would have done it.  

I doubt any meaningful challenges will be raised and heard.

But enough of this ethereal impugnments, what the fuck case could be made for unconstitutionality of the law in its entirety?   That is nutsacker laden pipe-dream.
