TheCountryPlace -> Twilight Zone (11/16/2013 7:00:10 PM)

I e-met a newbie on this site about six weeks ago. She claimed that she wanted to be trained as a sub.

In a genuine attempt to be a patient teacher, we engaged in e-mail correspondence that amounted to nothing more than endless circular discussions in which all she could was to ask what I wanted and then state that that was not acceptable. Ok, I need not go into the details.

Here is a summary of her position: I could micro-manage her. What ever that means. In exchange, her limitations were: no last name, no age, no photographs to put a face with the description, no face-to-face meeting ever, no sex ever, no masturbation ever, no physical contact ever, no photographs of any sort ever, etc. ...

The best that I can tell, she has never had a male partner. Obvious as to why!

Strange!

99% chance you were talking to a guy. Possibly a male who was not yet, um, 180 years old.

Welcome to the internet.

sunshinemiss -> RE: Twilight Zone (11/16/2013 7:05:47 PM)

Are you sure she was a woman?

KYsissy -> RE: Twilight Zone (11/16/2013 7:09:04 PM)

My guess..... Married lady with several kids that just finished 50 shades.

So, what's so weird about this? You contacted someone, and they told you what they wanted; it wasn't a match for you, so you moved on.

She HAS had a male partner, you. You had a correspondence with her.

Killerangel:

Great insight. Whilst I am a dom, once in a while I attempt to help a student. Problem is, this student wanted to tell the teacher what to teach and how to teach it.

Moving on.

My vote is you e-met a guy.

A term used on the boards for a sub dictating what they want and when they want it, is a do-me sub. There are tons of do-me subs. Frequent the male sub profiles and see how many of them specify what they want their Dommes to wear/say, and what they think the Domme should do to them every tiny step of the way, until the sub reaches his orgasm.

There are also do-me Doms who interpret their Dominant role as setting themselves up to be the only actively fulfilled recipient, they never consider the one serving them as having needs of their own, or the Doms think that the subs/slaves should be fulfilled simply by the act of serving. There are many many people here who only see D/s, or BDSM through their own needs, and set out to find exactly what they want without a thought to the other person - who might well be a machine.

All of that is perfect for some, exactly what they want. For you it wasn't how you see things in a D/s exchange.

For the record, I agree with the others that it was probably a guy. Men tend to be more sexually oriented and in specific ways.

I'd say there would be a 110% chance you were talking to a guy, but, since that's physically impossible, I guess I'll go with the 99.99999% chance assessment...

Patient teacher or not; my question for you is this: why didn't you simply let her know the 2 of you were incompatible?
She asked you what you wanted and it wasn't what she wanted.
Therefor the two of you were incompatible.

You do realise that, as a general rule, teachers don't fuck their students?

DesFIP -> RE: Twilight Zone (11/17/2013 12:39:12 PM)

You weren't teaching, you were trying to have cyber sex.
Why that instead of meeting someone in real life? Or are you married?

Not a Catholic, are you?

Dyfrynt -> RE: Twilight Zone (11/18/2013 11:36:26 AM)

My advice - do not fall into the trap of being the teacher. Too many times the desire to teach is stronger in the teacher than the desire to be teached is within the student. There is nothing wrong with wishing to help others. It should not be your primary goal. I do not know if this person you had contact with was real or fiction and it matters not. You are not looking for a student. You are looking for a partner.

Also, from reading your journals you are not a Master. That is not meant as an insult, for I'm no Master either. What I am is someone with years of experiences under my belt. Your journal entries imply that is not something you have achieved yet. I wish everyone would not be in such a rush to claim a title. All most of us can ever be is The Master of their slave/sub. That is enough. Truly it is!

playfulotter -> RE: Twilight Zone (11/18/2013 6:58:57 PM)

I believe the whole teacher shtick only works on people who are very young, naive or new to this whole experience...and in the end it hurts them most of the time....the scammers don't even read what you type though..they are like emotionless robots.
