LookieNoNookie -> I'm a little slow sometimes... (11/19/2013 5:47:57 PM)

It's taken 55 years but....today things lined up....and I'm pretty sure they're true:

1) The way you know that you need to wash socks is....when there are no more socks.

2) I know that the stupid shit I've done for the last 30 years is really stupid to have done but....I'm somewhat confident that, it's too late to worry about it so....I'm just gonna try to do less of the stupid shit and make my best effort to do more of the shit my Mom is certain I should have started doing 30 years ago.

3) I miss the cat I had when I was 7. He was an awesome cat.

4) Tomorrow ain't a bad start. Ever.

There's a song for that.

Or you can just go to walmart or sam's club and buy a couple of packs of socks with 20 pairs in them.

At 55, you actually remember all the stupid shit you have done for the last 30 years?

Of course, I have been told by a number of good authorities (women) that men will continue to do really stupid shit all their lives, but after age fifty, they blame it on senility.

Understandable, I miss my first dog that I got at age six, he lived until I was 14. He was an awesome dog.

You do realize that tomorrow never actually arrives, as soon as the clock hits midnight, tomorrow becomes today. This is great news for procrastinators.

I prefer to think of each new day as the start of a new adventure, and considering the new stupid shit people are doing, the term adventure is putting it lightly.

Now as I recently discovered, living in a house with two people who are scared of spiders and go bat shit crazy when they see one, rc spiders are a wonderful way to liven up the mornings.

Fuck washing socks! They NEVER come out on the other side...there's an Underground Railroad for socks. They don't like feet. I'm convinced!

*grumbles* I still wash socks though.[>:]

So do I, I got a bulk pack of 25 pair of athletic socks, mid calf tube socks actually, about 3 years ago. There are still 15 pair left in the package. I dont pull out a new pair until I discover a pair have gone missing.

I have discovered recently that a certain 21 month old in the house has decided it is much easier to put on my socks by himself than it is to put on his. This results in the cute little guy walking around with socks pulled up to his pull ups, a tee shirt and a grin.

Socks??

What are socks?

I haven't worn socks for more than 3 decades.
Oh... tell a lie, I wore some with shoes once when I went to a friends funeral.

I believe you may just be on to something here :)
