My boss went to a gaming convention for businesses where they show supervisors how to make their employees better by playing games. He came back and showed us this one. It was interesting and he's actually made work a little more fun with these types of things.

I liked that she talked about hospice patients and their 5 most common regrets in life. Then explains how this paradigm shift avoids those regrets and asks you what you will do with the extra 7 minutes of life you gained by participating in the seminar.
