So some of the more liberal members have been pushing the democratic spin that obamacare is "settled law" - and that those that oppose it should just shut-up and obey. As the Supreme court has elected to hear two more cases on obamacare, it seems it is not - as I said earlier "settled law". In fact, more than two months ago I quoted the exact cases that might make it to the Supreme Court - Hobby Land and Conestoga. Three of the cases I cited have yet to be ruled on. At the time Dom Ken and Mnotter you said there was no chance that the Supremes would rule on this. Do you now concede you were - how to put it. Wrong? That your judgement over what would constitute something for judicial review was in error? Now, as much as those here deride the supreme court as being "right-wing" I can only say I wish they were. I personally think they will decide that Obamacare is constitutional - much as I believe the constitution says it is not. Time will tell.
