My girlfriend Melissa is currently being harassed by someone on this site. The person created a fake account of her on this site and others. She has been contacted by different people on facebook, probably the same person, where they tell her to obey them or they will send pictures to her parents address and to her friends on facebook. We have ignored this person since they last contacted her in June, but even with no contact from us they continue to harass her. Just last Monday they posted a nude picture of her on her college's facebook page. (Yes, she took nude pictures for more than one person before we meet) But, because she talked to different people before we meet we don't know which one it is. Of course we have stronger suspects than others. If anybody has any information on the person who created the fake account [mod edit to remove user name] please help us bring this person to the authorities. We are currently happy with just each others companionship, but if you want to message us go ahead, and we'll respond when we get the chance. Don't worry we're both really friendly! :)

Reply to any requests stating that what they are doing is illegal, and that if they do attempt to blackmail your partner they'll get to have their asses fucked by the "big guy" in jail.

Don't respond in any way, that's feeding their ego. Contact the Admin people here and your local District Attorney. It's usually simple to identify the computer and ISP account that is being used if the proper legal requirements are met.

I have already contacted the sheriffs department, my lawyer, cyberharrassment hotline and all the sites admin as best as I could. I just have to wait for replies thanks to it being thanksgiving weekend.

Welcome to CollarMe. I am sure hindsight is useless at this point after the money shots and deep throating a dildo. But what a wonderful set of naked photos you have called all our attention to. Gotta' love a nice apple bottom like that. For your information, that account sat there since 04/28/13 and I never noticed it until your post called my attention to your naked 19 year old red haired girlfriend. Seriously, who wouldn't go take a peek at that after what you posted? As far as getting photos removed, it is a simple matter nowadays with the revenge picture posting laws in place. Unless you are exhibitionists and actually like drawing additional attention to your naked girlfriend, if you really want them pulled down, you should contact the web sites they are posted on and and ask them to remove those pis. Be prepared to send proof of ID. If you are kinky exhibitionists, you're doing a bang up job and I hope you are having fun.

The Mod's seem pretty quick on handling most problems here. I am sure if this was an on going thing and you asked them for help before this they would have done something. As RS said the account has been open since April and you just seem to be complaining now about it. They squash puppet accounts rather quickly here.

Don't worry we're both really friendly! :) I honestly don't mean this in a rude way, but surely you realize that once you post something on the internet, it isn't difficult for it to be copied and used all over the place. Best way to keep this from happening? Don't post pictures you wouldn't want your mom or employer to see. I enjoy my privacy, so I have no "risque" photos on my profile and when asked for a photo, they get a head shot.

While I don't think what the other person is doing is right and I know you all are young...there is a cautionary lesson here...you don't put stuff on the Internet that you DON'T want your family, potential employers, future in-laws, college professors and, maybe the staff at your future old-age home to see!! Nowadays, it is too easy for one minute of stupidity to bite you in ass!! The laws can't keep up with the technology and you are actually lucky that there is at least SOME level of recourse... It was not so long ago that the police, DAs, lawyers would say there was nothing that could be done. You are considerably older than her...teach her TO THINK!!!
