WHAAAAT...THHHHE...F*JK???! This has got to be some FEARMONGERING propaganda BS to get everyone all worked up (which makes Me wonder what the authors of that website are trying to DISTRACT people from) Yeah, "urban legends"...seems a LOT of those coming from the R party. I no longer believe a WORD that comes from their direction. quote:
ORIGINAL: jlf1961 Government implements program to implant RFID chips into people under the provisions in Obama Care. This test program is going on in Hanna Wyoming. quote:
RFID Chip Now Being Issued In Hanna, Wyoming As Part Of New “Obamacare” Plan (Hanna, WY) – The “Obamacare” RFID chips are currently being given a test run on the proud and patriotic citizens of Hanna, Wyoming. Over the last two weeks a special piece of legislation has been passed making it mandatory for anyone who receives welfare, or any other form of government assistance to be implanted with these new identification chips. Even select government employees and officials have been ordered to receive the new sub-dermal device, which is typically implanted in the fatty tissue of the individual’s buttock. Police officers, military, even garbage men will all be required to have the RFID chip by the end of next month or face termination from their jobs. During the beta testing stage of this amazing new technological development, many news outlets have remained silent waiting to see how the trial pans out before reporting on the subject. National Report, always on the cutting edge, sent me on location to Hanna, Wyoming to speak with some of the towns folk and gather their opinions and experiences regarding their newly acquired RFID chips. Source Now when you check the link, you will notice that there are two Republican Icons on the web page. Now Ted Cruz has been "quoted" by many ultra conservative groups as confirming this program, however, admittedly I can find no direct quotes, so I am not going to accuse the good senator of actually saying that. As for Sarah Palin, after a google search for quotes on the same subject, you will find here that there is only one return, and it keyed on implants, but referred to breast implants. Of course, Snopes, Urban Legends and other websites declare that the story is bogus. Even going to the section of the bill where the RFID clause is supposed to be, does not back up the accusations. However, it is entirely possible this is actually a part of the Felus Catus conspiracy to take over the world, or yet one more example of right wing extremists trying to make a mountain out of fantasy inspired molehills.
