I have shitty knees, high blood pressure, early onset arthritis and a torn rotator cuff.
Hell...it appears that I'm a mess.
But I can still crave and take a really good, hard beating until I'm a weeping puddle of snot.
So I got that goin for me, which is nice.

Any Dom worth the name is going to take into account his subs physical conditions and limitations along with their mental ones.

If you and I were getting together, I would recognize that your pain tolerance would likely be low and need to be built up.

If you did not have any knee issues, We would start out with no assists and see how it works. If needed, a pet bed or a large memory foam pillow would be tried and if that was not workable I would forget the kneeling and look to other positions like a modified kneel where you are sitting on the floor with legs curled and an arm or ottoman to help support the upper body.

As to other things, I would start off with using a flogger lightly, hand spankings where I could gauge effects better before moving on to other implements (paddles, hairbrush, cane, rug beater, belt or strap....). Butt plug training would have to start small and work up and so on.

The overall impetus would be to treat you as if you were completely new to the lifestyle, and new to kink activities while recognizing you as the unique individual you are with your own needs and limitations.
