ME: i talked to a few friends who have been in the lifestyle for over ten years and they told me some interesting things about contracts

ME: well they are not legally binding for one

ME: they also told me there is no reason for the money and im getting scammed. this of course saddens me
Them: well i am not scamming you
Them: cause if it was a scam i would immediately deleted you as my friend in YM upon saying that you will not do the contract

ME: I've seen a few go farther for it
Them: so you really think i am one of them?
ME: well you said you won't verify anything with out that "contract" you told me was legally binding

Status: offline 		I don't see the point in posting that. This "domme" is onviously clueless. If I posted every chat I had with a clueless idiot with no idea what they were talking about I would blow up the forums. Anyone with a half a brain knows a spoken or even written domme/slave contract is not legally binding, unless maybe you consulted an attorney and had it notorized. That's just common sense. So rather than realizing the girl you were conversing with had no idea what she was talking about and ending it you continued the conversation and then felt the need to post it. Why? We are all bombarded with complaints about scammers and fin dommes. Why add fuel to the fire? Simple rule of thumb, if a girl asks for money and it isn't your thing politely decline and/or block. Simple as that. I think many new people jump into the kink world thinking that rules, regulations, and people are so different than people who we would consider vanilla. But at the end of the day life isn't porn. And kink friendly people are still people. We still have to follow the same laws and exercise common sense.
