The fact is far-right Republicans have blocked all real attempts at immigration reform. Better to spend $18 Billion a year on militarizing the border, deportations, and incarceration than to save money and spur economic growth through reform.

Cloudboy, who wants to "reform" immigration? EVERYONE knows that's a code word for "amnesty" or,..(ahem) a .....(drumroll) "Pathway to U.S. Citizenship."
And just *When* are they going to "Militarize" the border? No Tanks, Troops and Landmines there yet like in S. Korea.
Hell, if they do I'll call my congressman and tell him; "give them $30 million to Militarize the border!"
Yes, Deportations, lots of them! That's what we're paying the employees in our govt. to do!
"Spur",...."economic growth through reform?"
Oh yeah, just what every business needs, a bunch of people who can't speak English, may have "up to " a 6 th grade education and, who we *can't possibly run background checks on* because their native countries don't even keep birth records!
And of course NONE of them will ever try to get on our social welfare systems, right?
Look in the "help wanted ads" of your local newspaper, do you see thousands of factory jobs paying $30-$40 an hour?
Oh yeah, President Snow is; "focused like a lazer on the economy." Right?

Are you for Economic growth or not?

Do you want to waste $18 Billion Dollars a year on enforcement that's not working or not?

Do you want to implement mass deportations or not?

Only the fringe right is keeping its fist tightly closed on this issue. The right wing solution is BIG GOVERNMENT, anti-economic growth, without a solution that will move the nation forward.

Pragmatic people, sensible people want solutions -- even if they don't like them.

Their solution is open borders cause what we need is lots of unskilled workers who will work for next to nothing and vote for left wingers who don't give a damn about the US and think change is automatically good.

Status: offline 		Yeah, that was nutsackers false flag operations like they always are.   Nutsackers are not republicans because there are not republicans in the republican party, only nutsackers.   No, I am talking about the massive voter fraud like Florida, and that fact that captain magic underpants got any votes whatsoever, as well as the horrendous gerrymandering done by nutsackers.

But illegal aliens cant vote, and this is simply another nutsacker false flag operation to keep illegal aliens in the country to work for the nutsackers masters the corporations.
