I did a quick search on threads about scammers and didnt see as much as I thought I would. Yet this site is packed with them. I cant believe that there are so many predators trying to lure people in for a a scam. The only possible reasoning is that its working and they are getting paid. But I dont think the scammers are posting on the boards. I think they make profiles as bait and wait to be contacted. The right profile with the right pic will get 100 messages a day easy. Only 1 of those hundred needs to be an idiot to make it worth while right? Not bad odds.
I noticed that most of these scammers have multiple profiles and have similar problems with the English language. Its not spelling but key subtle grammar things like leaving out "a, to. an, the" the small stuff that people who speak this language as a first language understand. Yet their profile pic is the perfect american blond that was raised in California or Arizona with a sexy picture of an unbelievable girl. Sentence structure is a red flag when English is a second language or recently learned language. I speak poor english and my grammar is poor. But you all know IM not from Nigeria or China because the way I speak.
I think that something should be done about this. What exactly Im not sure. But scammers who pray on people like this should have a reason to be afraid and they dont. Being reported as a scammer on CM just means another profile needs made. I want them to be at risk when they do this. Thoughts?

I can't believe that there's yet another 'let me educate you about scammers' post. That's what I can't believe.
