POSSIBLY, that is why support is in no hurry to respond to those posters because the statistical probability has shown in the past that instead of correcting said problems, and acting within tos, they will argue the point incessantly and continue to exhibit the same behavior. (This is in no way of course, directed to the OP, its just what some of the possibilities MIGHT be)

I am having the same issue. I made another profile as well, and this one is doing the exact same thing. I also made just a completely blank profile with no pictures or "about me" to see if that would help. All of them are showing as "not found". I've been trying to contact support all week and haven't gotten any responses back yet. Was anyone who was having this issue able to resolve it, and if so, can you please tell me how you were able to do it?
