no it was "just" a massage and i didnt try anything else... and the massage was met with positive reaction at the time, but as i said... she then became awkward the next couple of times i saw her.
You could always ask her. Start with: "It feels to me like something went askew between us post-massage. It's important to me that you're comfortable with our friendship. Is there something we should talk about or something I could do to put you at ease?"
