It's a great idea, but Athena raised valid questions. There's a lot of "what-ifs" you'd have to address and if you presented a solid, cogent plan of action you might get interest. Just saying "I've got some private land up here, come on in and get your freak on," isn't gonna cut it with this crowd. I've worked a number of outdoor events along these lines, and there's a metric shit-ton of details you've got to address to make something like this work.
