I'd like to think I am proactive, but maybe reactive at times in the sense that I will start doing something they request if I didn't think of doing it and they'd want me to do it (otherwise, I'd consider myself as someone who'd want to anticipate thier needs and desires; after getting to know them of course).

I think we all try to be proactive, at least, I hope we do.  But we're also human, and sometimes, we are just reactive.
