Tantalust -> What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:11:20 PM)

I posted here under the title' Males are Shit' and it's not here, any ideas?

stef -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:12:50 PM)

It probably tripped the stupidity filter.

peppermint -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:15:26 PM)

Since your post count stands at 4 and you only have 3 posts listed in your profile it would be a good assumption that your post was deleted.

MistressDarkArt -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:16:39 PM)

None whatsoever. Posts evaporate from time to time around here for reasons I can't discern. While normally that phenomenon doesn't bug me, sometimes I've put a lot of time and consideration into a reply only to watch it disappear into the ether. You can ask a mod what gives.

DesFIP -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:18:14 PM)

Wait a bit and check your mail. I predict a gold letter in your future from a mod explaining why it was removed.

LadyPact -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:28:16 PM)

I've got an idea.......

You probably don't want to hear it.

Tantalust -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:35:13 PM)

I have since found out for I have received a gold message and as to newbie, I was last on here with some six thousand odd posts under a different name. The lesson is never judge a book by it's cover.

And edited to add those who have replied, I have conversed with some on here before, where we enjoyed a mutual understanding where I hope new names and post counts do not diminish respect given?

littlewonder -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:37:01 PM)

obviously you didn't learn from the last time you were here then. Six thousand posts and you didn't know what happened to your post??? Seriously?

I have changed and so has Collarme, where it is obvious if I wish to remain here I must understand how Collarme has changed and comply with it's new policy.

Where those that have always been here might not be aware of how it has changed?

I've been here since the first day this place opened. Nothing has changed.

LadyPact -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 7:50:00 PM)

Then why don't you speak to Me now as you would then?

Hey, if you want to talk policy...... I'm your gal. If you know Me, as you say you do, you know that I'll help you to understand any working of the site to which I am privy.

Now, if you had six thousands posts before this, you know you can't just come along with some generalization title like "men are shit" and expect that to be ok. One asshat, or even a bunch of asshats, don't/doesn't equate 3.5 billion people on the planet.

fourteen thousand, six hundred and seven posts, is that the first time around or other ? I knew people with far more and they quit where they cite change they were unused to, so I am not alone in my beliefs. But then it is with humans they adapt to change where perhaps because you have adapted you notice no change ?

As I said in the post that was removed, I have been here some eight years and because I notice change I noticed change which caused me to depart until now, where now my first post here in a long while met with mod disapproval where in the past, such would have suffered allowed or not. But kudos to the mods here now, they are more observant than they were and lets hope consistant, where before and I have not explored fully since, certain places on here got rather fractious, enough to create a new forum.

I would have loved to read that post! Too bad it was deleted.

I'm sorry. What? You lost me with those last 2 paragraphs.

Men are shit is because that is what I feel as an inter sex male where because I look male I am treated as such. I am not transgender, where there is more understanding for trans than there is for inter sex where in western society the medics try to fix us into one one side of the binary or the other through transgender. I am resisting medical intervention through the belief other societies can accept inter sex so it is time western society learned to do so, considering it considers itself advanced.

As to familiarity with people I once conversed amicably with, I have been away for a while what I was is likely largely forgotten, so I see no sense in suddenly appearing on the scene and expecting people to be as they were, where I believe I have to gain respect again, not automatically receive it through past acquaintances.

As I have said, I have changed and I feel this place has also where again, if I am to remain here I have to learn to comply with the new changes, is there any wrong in that?

And why is it people are so aggressive?

littlewonder -> RE: What happened to my post? (12/11/2013 8:27:45 PM)

Dude, this has nothing to do with the forums changing and everything to do with understanding social norms which it seems you have difficulty with, most likely because you're too bitter, jaded and angry to see otherwise.

Well, I don't consider Myself "advanced" but I am open to learning new things.

No.... Not all of us binary folks understand everything. We just don't. We do tend to see pain or frustration. Yeah. I think it's human nature to want to fix that, or ease it, in some kind of way, even when we know we can't.

Welcome back, A.

Or if you understand anything about XXY you might understand amongst various learning difficulties which include autism, we have a different way of thinking quite distinct from the binary where many assumptions are made which can be very far from the truth.

And anger you may surmise, yes there is lots of that with us, anger based upon not being understood, because we think and feel differently, different from the majority.

But where we are understood, those that understand find something very different from first appearances for anger is a defense mechanism against being hurt and as not entirely male, we are hurt easily.

XXY, what is it XX with a stray Y or XY with a stray X? Externally I am male, internally I am something different, but I am treated as male, can you at least understand how that may feel?

Thank You for the welcome and kudos to you for discovering where the new name adequately describes my dilemma if you are familiar with Greek mythology for this is a torturous place in this society where very few know of our existence. Native American it is called Two spirit and Eastern culture there are many names but all were and are in some places known about and accepted as part of the rich tapestry of life, except in the west we have to be fixed where we are not entirely for no amount of medication can alter genetics.

But if you desire to know more about XXY may I recommend a very forward thinking US website;
