When you do the following:
1) You and your gang of killers stab the mother fucker twenty times, shot him five times, and he dies trying to reload his pistol to keep fighting back.

2) You are hired by a leader of a not so friendly country to kill a guy that reads books, wears glasses and your basic philosopher type.
You sneak up behind him and bury an Ice Axe in his skull. He gets pissed off and tries to strangle you.

Then there was Grigori Rasputin, poisoned, shot in the back four times, wrapped in a sheet and thrown in a river, and he died of hypothermia, he had almost gotten out of the sheet.
