ORIGINAL: HipPoindexter There is a profile on the other side I assume the OP is asking about. I can't remember the exact name of the account, and I'm pretty sure it would be against the TOS to name it anyway, but I will occasionally see a journal entry. It is dedicated to fantasies about loading caged slaves onto trucks and moving them around the country. The entries are not very well written, which is a shame, because it's the kind of premise that could actually be really hot in the hands of a talented weirdo. I've heard about that guy too. Awhile back, there was a thread that referenced it, but I can't recall which one it was. It's a cool premise, and I sometimes wonder just what's in the back of some of the trucks that go by. Cages are one of my kicks as well. In the day, I had a couple of them, mostly just large pet cages, and I assembled a creepy monstrosity in the basement of one of my digs. Buddy of mine was a scrapper, and he stopped by with a truck full of rebar grating he'd scored from a job site and I bought them on the spot. Since I didn't have a welder, I used a pallet bander to cinch 'em all together in a rough rectangle about eight by eight in the corner. Only got to play with it a couple times before I had to take it apart (rental-landlords are no fun at all), but it was fun, and more than a few of my "weirdo" (landlord again) friends got to use it as well. Sadly, no pics because it didn't exist long enough and we had a 'no-photo' rule in the circle I ran with. But I agree with you, the idea in the hands of a talented writer would make a pretty hot story, but it'd have to be done 'right'. At best, it'd be just be something that moves along a story (no pun intended) rather than the sole plot vehicle.
