Getting breast Aug and was wondering how to adjust my keepers play if any?

Sounds like something you need to ask your surgeon - being very up front and graphic. He/she needs to know exactly what sort of play you do, so he/she can realistically advise you. This is no time to be coy - you are spending a butt load of money, and need to be honest with your surgeon.

Ditto kiwi.

I had back surgery and my surgeon had really good explicit instructions on how to adjust.
