I am stuck...the website is asking me to change my password, when I enter it, it then wants me to fill in the "verification string", however the box will only allow me to enter 6 letters and there are 8 letters in the string so it says "the verification string does not match" I get that...how do I enter in 8 letters? perplexed...

It looks like there was a problem, which has since been fixed. See http://www.collarchat.com/m_4606146/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#4606261 Trying clearing your cookies/cache and trying again. I will also ping Support for you.

Hmmm, I cleared the cache, completely got out of internet, but still am having the same problem...perhaps I'll check back another day!
