Merry Christmas!

Yesterday one of my girls suffered the passing of a friend. Her friend passed unexpectedly and quietly in her sleep. She was young and left behind children that was looking forward to Santa coming. Her husband woke in the morning beside a woman he had taken into his heart, mind, body and soul. I can't begin to imagine or want to imagine the pain this man feels with this incredible loss. But I can't help but feel it necessary to empathize with this family's pain. If you are like me, Christmas has sneaked up on you once again. Busy with trying to do this and that but maybe not as much of that and this you should be doing.
To quote my girl and offer our Christmas hope for you and your loved ones.
"Make sure you hug those you love and let them know how you feel about them. Life is so precious and in a moment our world can be changed"
Merry Christmas ... Hug a loved one today and every day
I posted the above in my fet life writings last week. It was just moments ago that I was informed another person we have crossed paths with In life that is suffering an incredible pain at the loss of someone that they hold very dear to their mind heart and soul. I can not begin to appreciate the pain that comes with loss this time of year.
To those that loss I can only hope that you have and find the love and support you need now and every moment.
