Just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. I'm Draven ~waves~ and have just recently joined Collarme. I've been in the lifestyle for many years...started out in Northern California a number of years ago, however now live in the midwest. When I first started I did have to bottom in order to learn from some of the mentors I had, but really all it did was prove to me that I'm not a bottom or a sub in any way. I was in a M/s relationship for many years, that ended when she didn't walk away from an accident we were in (a drunk driver hit us). Since then I have been with a few subs, however things never worked out with them.
Recently I have been spending my time with a good friend who I used to be in a D/s relationship with, however that never worked out for either of us. Although we have nothing official I do care about her a great deal and am really only looking to make some new friends on here. I believe a good D/s relationship is built on friendship, trust and a mutual meeting of the minds, so am always open to where things might lead. I hope everyone is having a safe and wonderful Holiday Season, and I look forward to making some new friends and participating in the discussions here.
