Sissification is a bread-and-butter item for professional dommes. Those wanting a quick sissy fix without investing in a relationship can expect to pay for the experience.
It's not a turn-on for me either, but I know a Domme who does and a female Switch who did have sissysubs. The Switch wanted an effeminate sub because she thought he'd be easier to control. She was wrong. (He wasn't more obedient and as a cross-dresser, he kept wanting to "borrow" her stuff, which ended up getting on her nerves.) The Domme started from scratch and feminized her sub on occasion, sent him out to the store on errands dressed as a girl.
If I were into this, I think I would want to start from ground zero as well and sissify a male sub the way I wanted, not have him be pre-sissified.
I once almost took on a sub who liked to be humiliation-sissified in ladies undergarments while getting an OTK spanking. Unfortunately, years of using a vibrator on himself gave him a gaping you-know-what and it was singularly unattractive. I would have rather he had pretty much left that alone for me to work with.
