I have looked around and haven't found anywhere to ask this. But the main site has asked me to update my password, which I have no
problem doing. But the security verification box can only hold 6 characters and each verification that comes up is 8 characters long.
I am unable to click on any of the links on the left to get to the help section or even log off. Has anyone else came across the problem and if so please help.

Um, have you tried Spybot or Ad-Aware to see if you've got some malware on your computer?

Someone else had this problem recently. Try clearing your cookies/cache and trying again, since it should have been fixed. Otherwise there's a link to support on that other thread, hopefully it will work for you.

In case the issue persists for some reason, there is a quick way to work around the bug until the fix appears for you:

Right-click on the text input box where you need to enter the verification string.
Select “Inspect Element”
Double-click on the value of 6 next to to the “maxlength” attribute; this makes it editable.
Change the value from 6 to 8.
You will now be able to type in all 8 characters.

Having the same problem here.
Tried all of the above and no joy.
I cant log out and I unable to contact support from the link on the main page or from any of the links on here.
Any help appreciated.
