Greetings All!

I have a question for all those dommes out there who have done something like this - how have you helped your subs along their path to become better versions of themselves? Every sub has a need or hunger to serve - have you ever used that energy to turn back into your sub to better their own life (like lose weight or save money or go back to school or something)? What methods have you used?

I require my guys to be motivated. I am not dragging the horse to water and forcing it to drink, so to speak. However, they see who I am and how I live, know my past and hope to be a part of my future. They see that I can be very serious, have strong opinions and a code of conduct for my life... and then... it is all smiles, laughter and living. That requires being comfortable in your own skin, being able to look in the mirror and face honestly who stands there. They see that I live what I speak and I speak what I mean and because I do... I am even, happy, determined and expect them to be as well.

So inspiration, encouragement and examples of a hard life lived happily are what I offer. It is up to them to decide to ride the ride with me or... go another direction.

I don't do well with lost, hopeless and victim types. If they can't sum up the energy, I will be missing in action.
