I think you got some great answers, so I'll address a different part of post....I seriously suggest losing the word "training" from your vocabulary when it comes to a D/s relationship. It's a term with a negative reputation because it gets used as an euphemism for "I want to tie up, beat you and then fuck you" by a lot of guys just looking to score kinky sex.
