Most of the chastity devices I have seen would not work with a trans girl looking to have a flat front, they tend to be bulky.....
I don't have knowledge of anything specifically for this, but one thought I had was a female chastity device might be able to be modified, that if it is on you tight would allow what you want to be disappeared to be tucked up, but leave your genital positioned in such a way that you could pee with it on (I would envision a hole in the front piece of the belt, angled down, that would hold the head snugly so you could pee sitting down, but it would take some work. Must of the 'tucking' things I can thing of pulls the head backwards while pushing the testes into the body cavity, which wouldn't work for peeing. I knew one t girl who was in chastity to a domme female, and she said she was pierced in such a way that the head could be pulled down and locked to other piercings (maybe a chain pulling the head down, with the chain anchored to another piercing in the area between the genital and the abus, (perineum), but I don't know how the testes could be pushed without some sort of surgery to do it i.e sew the testes so they stay up. I theory an elastic gaff could had some sort of hole in it, where the head would be held in position by a built in ring of some sort, then when you pull the gaff tight (kind of like the ultimate thong), it would pull the testes up, and the head back and down to where it is pointing down, which would allow you to urinate but not get hard or touch it....
Probably wasn't much help, I suspect though that some sort of custom solution will be needed.
