The celebration was cool. Prez conducted a prayer first in Spanish then English and finally Hebrew and had printed out the prayer for everyone to follow along. Lots of folks spoke, cried and we got some laughs too which was the main objective. We ate tacos and drank beer and told Michael stories. I got to share my damsel in distress story when I got trapped at cub parking lot in 60 degrees below with wind chill and how Michael came to my rescue. I felt the fondness that everyone had for him. The place was packed.. I am pretty sure fire codes were violated..it couldn't have been a better send off for my love. Tonight..I am smiling.

I am so glad to hear this...I am continuing wishing you all the best in working yourself through this and that this helps with your grieving process...I think it is an awesome idea to send him off that way for everyone involved
