It's good that you've started this because there are people who come here from time to time wanting to talk about diapers but the answer is invariably 'not many people here are into that'.

You might need to get the conversation rolling though, if you want people to have the confidence to come and join in.

I suggest restating it along the lines of: I like diaper play. I enjoy it b/c <fill in the blank here>.

Who else likes this sort of play? Why or why not?

Chatte is giving excellent advice here. If you want people to talk about diapers you need ask questions people can reply to. What is it about diaper play that you enjoy? The age play, the power exchange? or ????

Diaper play is a common fetish though I think you will find many people are not always willing to be open about certain fetishes. Asking questions and sharing your point of view may help them want to share. But if you just say "Who likes diapers?" you will not get much of a response.

As a guy into diapers that's had surprising luck compared to a lot of his AB peers, let me give you some advice.

The ratio of men to women into ABDL is ridiculously unfair. I'm sure you've noticed this. In the past I've had a lot more luck just finding generally kinky girls that like me enough they're willing to experiment. My most recent ex was actually the first girl I dated that was into it before we got together. Generally once they realize how otherwise normal I am, they're a bit more open-minded. Many even have found they kinda enjoyed it, if only for how much obvious pleasure I was getting out of it. I think the "quite a few" bit might have been misleading. We did have a couple of people who recently signed up who had AB/DL interests. One had to have the Mods delete everything because of.......
